 Born in 1951 in Mosul, Iraq, Hassib Aljassem began his artistic career at an early age. After working as an artist and photographer in various countries, he moved to Sweden in 1988, and continues to live there until the present day. Many of his political satires and caricatures are published in the Sundsvall newspaper, in addition to various other Swedish and Arabic newspapers. |
